Sacramental certificates
Certificates issued to the faithful should reflect what the parish (or diocese) has recorded in the sacramental registers. Sacrament Registry helps teams maintain those records digitally, then generate certificates from authorised entries—supporting parish and diocesan custody of sacramental data.
From register entry to certificate
After a baptism, First Holy Communion, confirmation, or marriage is recorded with the details your parish needs, staff with the right role can open the record and use the certificate action. The layout follows the same facts you would expect in the bound register, adapted to your parish branding where your policy allows.
If a browser pop-up blocker prevents the certificate window from opening, adjust the blocker and try again— the underlying entry is unchanged.

For generic layouts that mirror the register fields—without parish-specific branding or verification codes— see the public register resources hub.
