Pricing

Maintain sacramental registers that remain complete, auditable, and reliable in one parish-wide system of record.

Charges are billed per parish, not per named user. Each new parish receives thirty calendar days under the full Parish Plan; invoicing thereafter follows the monthly or yearly terms given in your onboarding agreement.

Sacrament Registry supports sacramental record keeping for Catholic parishes and dioceses, with plans designed for parish administration and diocesan coordination.

Diocese Plan

Custom

For diocesan rollout across multiple parishes, we align coordination, oversight, signed access agreements, and governance expectations customary in diocesan work. Typical engagements include a coordinated rollout across multiple parishes. Fees and exports follow diocesan policy, grant rules, and how roles are defined. Large extracts observe the same controls rather than unrestricted release to each user account.

Parishes serving in mission territories or lower-income regions are encouraged to enquire about proportionate arrangements. Please contact us; we welcome a thoughtful conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Why is pricing per parish, not per user?

Pricing is based on each parish rather than individual user accounts. Parish staff and clergy can access the system under the same parish arrangement without separate per-user licence fees. Expect £25/month per parish unless you select the yearly option at £250/year per parish (billed annually). Multiple staff may share access under that parish arrangement; this page does not describe additional per-user licence fees.

What does the 30-day trial include?

The 30-day trial includes the full Parish Plan with no feature restrictions for supported sacraments.

What happens after the trial ends?

After the trial ends, billing continues on the monthly or yearly plan selected during onboarding.

Is yearly billing a different product?

Monthly and yearly pricing describe the exact same Parish Plan. Yearly billing is prepaid access at £250 per parish each year. One annual invoice at £250 per parish costs less than twelve monthly payments at £25, for the identical Parish Plan.

How are diocese plans priced?

Diocese arrangements are tailored. They typically combine diocese-wide coordination with appropriate oversight, sometimes beginning from a scope such as coordinated rollout across multiple parishes. Contact support@sacramentregistry.com to discuss coverage, documentation, and how exports should reflect agreed grants and governance rather than indiscriminate bulk distribution.

Adjusted pricing for mission territories and lower-income regions

Parishes in mission territories or lower-income settings are encouraged to contact us about adjusted arrangements.

How formal amendments differ from quick edits

Baptisms, confirmations, First Holy Communion, and marriages where the facility is enabled proceed through recorded amendment requests that an authorised person accepts or declines. Ad hoc changes without that audit trail are not the same thing.

Which sacraments support online booking?

Parishes can manage bookings for baptism, First Holy Communion, and confirmation where booking features are enabled.

How does export protect sensitive register data?

Exports rely on approval, measured rate limits, and additional review when an extract is unusually large. Diocese-wide exports follow the written agreement, grants, and governance you establish with us, rather than indiscriminate bulk release across every ordinary user login.

What these prices mean and VAT

Final pricing is confirmed in your parish or diocesan agreement. VAT applies where required. Published equivalents are guides, not quotes. Sterling amounts on your agreement or parish invoice take precedence over rounded illustrative conversions. Any dollar or euro figures are rounded for a rough comparison. They are not today’s exchange rate.
